Production time
All custom orders go through a 1–2 business day production phase before shipping. Standard products without personalisation ship same or next business day. Production time is in addition to the delivery times below.
Delivery zones & times
Delivery: 2–4 business days
Cost: Free over €50 · €4.99 standard
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5–7 days. Customs duties (IGIC/IPSI) may apply.
Delivery: 3–7 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands and more.
Delivery: 7–14 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Import duties and taxes may apply at destination.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order from your account dashboard.
Failed delivery
If you are not available at delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point for 15 days. After that, the package is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping cost applies).
Quality guarantee
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us at hola@kutedesigns.es within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will reprint or refund at no extra cost.
