Can I personalise any garment?+
Yes. All garments in our catalogue — t-shirts, hoodies, zip hoodies, sweatshirts and long-sleeves — can be fully personalised via our 3D configurator. You can add text, upload images and place elements on the front, back and sleeves.
What image resolution do I need?+
For a sharp print we recommend at least 150 DPI at the final print size. For a Kute M t-shirt (50 × 71 cm print area) that means roughly 2,950 × 4,200 px. Our configurator will warn you if the resolution is too low before you add to cart.
Will the colours look exactly like on my screen?+
Screens and fabric behave differently. Colours may vary slightly — especially on dark garments where a white ink base is printed first. We always show a realistic 3D preview, but we recommend downloading a physical swatch if colour accuracy is critical.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?+
You can cancel or modify your order within approximately 2 hours of purchase, before it enters production. Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at hola@kutedesigns.es if you need to make a change.
How long does delivery take?+
Production takes 1–2 business days. After that: Spain mainland 2–4 days, EU 3–7 days, rest of world 7–14 days. See our Shipping page for full details and costs.
Can I return a personalised item?+
Under EU law, personalised items made to your specification are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. However, if your order arrives defective or different from what you ordered, we will reprint or refund it for free.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes. Discounts apply automatically: 10% from 5 units, 15% from 10, 25% from 20, and 35% from 50 units. You can mix sizes and colours within the same design.
What if my order arrives with a defect?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect at hola@kutedesigns.es. We will send a free reprint or issue a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.
Can I place a group order (e.g. team kit, hen party)?+
Absolutely. Use our Group Order feature: share a link with your group members so each person chooses their size and optionally their name/number. One payment, one delivery. Find it in the Groups section of the menu.
Do you ship outside the EU?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery takes 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes at destination are the customer's responsibility.
What file formats can I upload?+
We accept JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and SVG. For best results use PNG with a transparent background for logos or graphics. Maximum file size is 8 MB.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No minimum — you can order a single item. Volume discounts kick in from 5 units.
