Non-personalised items

If you purchased an item without custom printing, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return it, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU art. 102).

How to return

  1. Email devoluciones@kutedesigns.es within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
  4. We will refund the full purchase price (including original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Personalised items — important

Under EU law (TRLGDCU art. 103.c), personalised products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, as they are made to your individual specifications.

This means: if you uploaded your own design, chose a specific text, or ordered a garment personalised to your instructions, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

We always inform customers of this before purchase. Please review your design carefully before ordering.

Defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will fix it at no extra cost — regardless of whether the item was personalised.

To report a problem:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send photos of the defect to hola@kutedesigns.es.
  3. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund within 14 days.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges for personalised items are assessed case by case. We strongly recommend using our Size Recommender and checking the Size Guide before ordering.

For non-personalised items, size exchanges are free within 30 days if the item is unworn.

Legal guarantee

All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish and EU law (TRLGDCU art. 120, EU Directive 2019/771). During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery.
